TASTING NOTES

Amarone Riserva Fieramonte is the result of a careful manual harvest and the subsequent natural over-ripening of the typical grapes, such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta, this wine represents the productive excellence of Valpolicella. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, the son of a vineyard of high hills with slopes facing south, is aged in barrique for 48 months and then another 6 in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a stop in the bottle for about a year. In the glass shines an intense ruby red and the nose is striking for the complexity and the captivating roasted note of coffee and tobacco. The mouthfeel, full and with a great structure, is enriched by a velvety tannin and a lively freshness that prolongs the finish. Perfect on stews, braised and important meat dishes or to enjoy for a warm after dinner. To fully appreciate its style, this Valpolicella must be served at a service temperature of 16/18 ºC. THE WINERY

Allegrini

Allegrini is the leading producer of Valpolicella Classica, and is one of the most award-winning and recognised Italian wineries in the world. Owned by the Allegrini family, settled in Valpolicella since the 16th century, the company has over 100 hectares of vineyards on the hills of the Classica area. You can enjoy some of the best Veneto wines around with the guarantee of a quality product where tradition and innovation come together to create a unique taste. Allegrini products are made exclusively with the grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the family, cultivated and cared for with full respect for the land and traditions.
