TASTING NOTES

Production

Amarone Riserva Fieramonte is the result of careful manual harvesting and the subsequent drying of typical grapes, such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta, this wine represents the productive excellence of Valpolicella. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, the son of a high hill vineyard with south-facing slopes, ages in barriques for 48 months and then another 6 in large Slavonian oak barrels, following a stop in the bottle for about a year. The aging is both small wood and large wood.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it shines with an intense ruby red color, and on the nose, it impresses with its complexity and enticing toasted notes of coffee and tobacco. The palate is full and has great structure, enriched by velvety tannins and a vibrant freshness that extends the finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect with stews, braised dishes, and substantial meat plates, or to enjoy as a warm after-dinner drink.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Allergens: Solfiti
