The Tommasi company cultivates the history of wine with love, with the large wine production and the strong entrepreneurial sense of the founding family making it stand out among the wine-growing estates of the Veneto region. The Tommasi family now manages 195 hectares of its own vineyards, an important milestone, dedicated to the production of fine red wines. Tommasi's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a powerful and firmly structured red wine. Great complexity combined with an enjoyable textural and persistent quality make this wine and this winery a benchmark in its category. This edition of Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico Limited Edition was created to mark the 120th Anniversary of the Tommasi winery, created in collaboration with the designer Seletti. Seletti, a famous eccentric and creative Italian designer, adds a revolutionary touch and reinterprets Tommasi's tradition and classicism in a modern way. Amarone Limited Edition is made with an exclusive porcelain label and a wax closure, which adds originality to every bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella. An unexpected and irreverent design, created to celebrate Tommasi's history by looking to the future with an unprecedented style. (R)Evolution is the only solution. This Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from Tommasi is made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes and is aged for 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, in keeping with the ancient tradition of producing wines from dried grapes. This means that the wine does not absorb too much of the wood aromas. Very intense, almost dark ruby red in the glass. On the nose, ripe fruit and macerated cherries provide a pleasant hit, supported by hints of balsamic and slightly toasted notes. A warm and complex wine on the palate. The Tommasi winery immediately distinguished itself in the Veneto region's wine panorama due to its great wine production, innovations in cultivation and the strong entrepreneurial sense of the founding family. An intuition that has always guided the most important choices, especially those related to the land to be cultivated, and that has led the company to its 195 hectares of vineyards. An important milestone, which the company nurtures and cultivates with love and dedication. Ninety of these hectares are linked to the production of precious Veneto red wines, thanks mainly to cultivation in the DOC areas of Verona and its surroundings. The rest is in the classic Valpolicella area, to which the family has always been very attached and which, even today, is cultivated with care and passion. A very strong bond unites the company to its land, capable of producing Veneto wines of the highest quality and rich in character, reflecting the unique style of the territory.
