Production

The result of a careful manual harvest and the subsequent drying of typical grapes such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella, this wine represents the pinnacle of Valpolicella production. It is aged in small and large oak barrels. E=100 ml: 387 kJ/92 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it displays an attractive ruby red colour and surprises the nose with notes of red fruit jam, hints of dried violets and touches of coffee, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, smooth, fresh and with delicate tannins.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect at the table to accompany meat dishes and braised meats, or to enjoy on its own.
