Located in Alto Adige, this winery is firmly rooted in the terroir and maintains close ties to tradition, supported by the strategic use of technological advancements to operate sustainably, both from a business and an environmental perspective. Alto Adige Pinot Nero Steil is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes vinified only in stainless steel tanks, from the high hill-side vineyards located between Mazzon and Caldaro at about 400 to 550 metres above sea level. Schenk Italia’s Pinot Noir Steil reflects the best possible fruity intensity and freshness of this grape variety. Pleasant and varietal.
