Production

The grapes undergo gentle pressing, and then the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, with the wine aging for six months in stainless steel vats.

Organoleptic Characteristics

With a delicate straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, this wine has intense floral aromas, intriguing aromatic notes, and hints of citrus and sweet spices. The palate, also distinctly aromatic, is full and satisfying with a dry finish and lively freshness.

A very pleasant, balanced, and intense wine that pairs well with flavorful dishes such as smoked fish or white meats.
