Alois Lageder estate is one of the most famous estates in Alto Adige. Having been involved in viticulture since the late 19th century, the Lageder family has been working in the area applying biodynamic principles for a more natural and sustainable agriculture that can preserve environmental biodiversity and produce wines from the natural process of must transformation. Alois Lageder's Alto Adige Lagrein Rosé is a rosé wine from Trentino made from Lagrein grapes grown on vineyards located at an elevation of about 230-300 metres. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged on the lees for around 4 months, again in stainless steel. Bright pink in colour, this wine offers a full aromatic profile, delivering fruit notes of undergrowth with small hints of minerality. Dry, crisp and quite full-bodied on the palate, with a fair amount of softness. An ideal wine for any occasion. Try with white meats and vegetables.
