The story of the Cocchi company is actually a very romantic one: it seems that its founder moved to the Asti area for love. And it was here, and thanks also to his passion for the terroir, that he began producing Vermouth following various personal recipes, experimenting and increasingly trying to expand his knowledge and techniques. As time went by, straddling the Belle Epoque and Futurism periods, Cocchi Vermouth experienced a golden age and established itself as one of the best-selling Italian products in the world.
Even today, the traditional commitment to the production of Vermouth is complemented by modern techniques, innovations and new productions. For example, the company has launched a sparkling wine project in Alta Langa, where classic method sparkling wines are produced under the Cocchi brand.
