Valpolicella Il Valpo de La Giuva is produced in the hills of Verona from traditional local grape varieties, mainly Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, cultivated with careful attention to yields and the quality of the bunches. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a brief maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fragrance, whilst ageing continues for several months in steel, enhancing the wine’s youthful, fruity and authentic character. 100 ml: E=294 kJ/73 kcal
