Valpolicella The Valpo de La Giuva is born in the Veronese hills from traditional local grapes, mainly Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, grown with attention to yields and the quality of the bunches. The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a short maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in steel tanks, to preserve freshness and fragrance, while aging continues for several months in steel, enhancing the wine's youthful, fruity, and authentic character.
On the nose, fruity notes of cherry and red fruits can be distinguished, enriched with light shades of aromatic herbs and licorice. On the palate it is fresh, light and harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasant and immediate finish, typical of the lively and accessible style of classic Valpolicella.
Perfect wine with a full meal, ideal for accompanying simple dishes such as pasta with sauce, white meats, grilled vegetables or, why not, as a convivial aperitif with family or friends.
To fully appreciate its fresh and fruity character, a serving temperature of 14/16°C is recommended.
