TASTING NOTES

Red Point comes from 100% Enantio grapes, harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed. The must obtained follows an alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in French wooden barrels for about 10 months. The bottled wine is stored in thermo-conditioned rooms. Red Point is presented to the glass with an intense ruby red color, with notes of great complexity ranging from those of small berries to spicy and tobacco. With a remarkable persistence and intensity, it enjoys a perfect balance of acidity and tannic texture. Ideal companion in combination with game and game, or with roasts and mature cheeses. To fully appreciate the style, Red Point should be served at a service temperature of 16/18 ºC.

Wine and its production have always influenced the life of the family, which passes on secrets and traditions without losing sight of the most modern techniques and major innovations in the field. The study of the territory and the best ways to enhance its unique characteristics has allowed the company to become one of the most important entities not only in the Valdadige Trentina Veronese, where it is located, but in the entire Trentino-Alto Adige region. The winery's vineyards extend throughout the Adige Valley, between Trentino itself and the Bardolino area, towards Verona. The unique microclimate of the area and its peculiar characteristics lead to the creation of a Trentino wine that is rich in character and elegance, all to be tasted.
