On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and finishes with savoury notes.

THE WINERY

Tenuta Sant'Antonio

The Sarno estate originates a short distance from the area of the same name in Campania, among the hills surrounding the city of Avellino. To be precise, it is located in the village of Candida, more than 600 meters above sea level. The privileged position enjoyed by this countryside allows the grapes to be grown in a unique microclimate that brings out all their natural qualities to the fullest. Since its founding, the winery has been committed to the study of the natural properties of the land and the oldest techniques, so as to merge them with the most modern knowledge and techniques and create Campania wines of the highest quality, able to best tell the character and history of this land. Work carried out with dedication and perseverance, and which can be found in every glass. The winery's work is focused primarily on the cultivation of a single vineyard planted to Fiano di Avellino, for a final result that is both rich and elegant. Name and address of producer/distributor: Tenuta Sarno - Contrada Serroni, 4/b, 83100 Avellino (AV). Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
