TASTING NOTES

Trento Brut Missoni was born from a special project between two ambassadors of Italian style: a limited edition dressed Missoni, enclosed in a bottle with a matte black background enlivened by the unmistakable zig-zag design by Missoni. The perfect expression of the Trentino territory in which finesse, purity, precision and harmony highlight the virtues of a great wine. In the Missoni Selection, from 100% Chardonnay, we find the style of mountain grapes. Trento DOC Missoni is produced with fermentation and aging of over 40 months on selected yeasts of their crops. Red Limited Edition is presented to the glass with a deep, slightly golden color, enlivened by a fine and luminous perlage. The aromatic opening typical of Chardonnay gives it a harmonious and slender personality, in which emerge notes of yellow fruit, citrus jelly and then those sweet spices, toasted hazelnut, revealing the complexity and refinement of this bubble. Each sip expresses purity and elegance. A wine of full pleasure, great gastronomy, delicate, precise and deep. Ideal bubble for aperitif or whole meal. It goes well with a wide range of gastronomic proposals, from gourmet pizza to meat dishes. To fully appreciate the style, this Ferrari Red Missoni should be served at a service temperature of 10/12 ºC.
