The Ferrari winery is a keystone of the Italian sparkling wine scene, a flagship of Trento DOC zone sparkling wines which has always stood out thanks to the quality and elegance of its Metodo Classico wines, which are esteemed and renowned throughout the world. For the first time in history, Ferrari has become an official Formula One partner, replacing Champagne and inaugurating a line of wines dedicated to the iconic F1 races, including Ferrari Trento Spumante Brut Podium Limited Edition F1. This is a limited edition Trento DOC monovarietal sparkling wine made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes which have undergone a long period of ageing on the fine lees of 36 months. It is a lively and vibrant straw yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, its fresh and intense bouquet is characterised by a broad fruity note, white flowers, and a delicate hint of yeast thanks to 36 months of bottle ageing. It is harmonious and balanced on the palate with a slight undertone of ripe fruit and pleasant sensations of bread crust. This wine goes really well with dishes based on fish, shellfish, and molluscs. It is perfect for celebrating an important occasion.
