TASTING NOTES

For the first time in history, Ferrari has become an official partner of Formula One, replacing Champagne and opening a line of bottles dedicated to representative Formula One races, including the Ferrari Trento Spumante Brut Edition F1 Las Vegas. A limited edition of Spumante Trento DOC produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected, and left to age on its lees for 34 months. The glass has a bright straw yellow color, a perlage of remarkable finesse and persistence. The nose is dominated by aromas of great intensity with notes of ripe fruit, in which are perceived hints of bread crust and hazelnut. Fresh taste and great elegance, makes the mouthfeel inviting and satisfying. The finish gives shades of citrus and mineral sensations. Perfect to drink throughout the meal, it goes well with delicate preparations of fish and fresh cheese. To fully appreciate the style, this Trento DOC must be served at a service temperature of 8/10 to C.
