It is made from 100% Zibibbo grapes, also known as Moscato d’Alessandria, the result of heroic viticulture on the island of Pantelleria. An island with complex terrain, volcanic soils and vineyards cultivated mainly on terraces. The vines are trained using the low Pantesco bush method, a training system recognised as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage for its creative and sustainable nature. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel for 2 months and then for a further 3 months in the bottle. Nutritional values: 100 ml: E = 319 kJ / 77 kcal
In the glass, it is a brilliant straw yellow with greenish highlights, releasing surprising aromas: from classic notes of orange blossom and lychee to citrusy hints of citron and bergamot. Fresh and persistent, with a pleasant mineral finish.
An excellent accompaniment to raw fish, shellfish and prawn tempura.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 12–14°C.
