Rosato Terre Siciliane is produced with 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, which are pressed in a soft way, is performed spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. This rosé wine presents itself to the sight of a bright cerasuolo pink color. The nose shows intense aromas of small red fruits, including wild strawberry, cherry and black currant, floral notes of red flowers and Mediterranean scrub, spicy hints of mixed spices and white pepper, to finish with slight mineral hints. The palate is rich, juicy, intense and fresh, characterized by a beautiful minerality and a pleasantly fruity and persistent finish. This rosé is an afternoon wine, to drink in spring with a group of friends: excellent if accompanied with a few slices of bread, salami and fresh cheese. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
