This Grillo is a brilliant straw yellow and offers generous notes of peach and melon with hints of wildflowers and mint. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, but the balsamic finish provides a pleasant freshness.
A wine for everyday drinking, it pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes and vegetarian meals, but is surprisingly good with gourmet sandwiches.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10–12°C.
