Produced mainly from Carricante grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. Fermentation and ageing on the fine lees preserve the wine’s volcanic character and natural freshness. Per 100 ml: E=319 kJ/ 77 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Bright straw yellow. Notes of lemon, apple, white flowers and Mediterranean herbs meet smoky, mineral sensations; the palate is vertical, savoury and persistent.

The Planeta winery has been producing wines for generations. The family's tradition and passion has been passed down for decades, and is still the main engine that connects each stage of processing. The company boasts six different estates located in six different parts of Sicily, each of which is committed to creating Sicilian wines of the highest quality.
