Occhio di Terra is a pure Malvasia fermented and macerated in steel. The grapes, coming from different plots on the island of Salina overlooking the sea, remain in contact with the skins for days acquiring the captivating intense gold color. Charming, refined and intense in its aromas, it recalls ripe fruit, apricots and yellow peaches, followed by notes of white flowers, citrus and aromatic herbs. All accompanied by sensations of elegant saline minerality. The mouthfeel is soft, enveloping and well supported by the fresh and saline shoulder of this territory. The fruity aromas return to the taste and the delicate tannins give us a velvety finish. Perfect to accompany grilled fish and swordfish appetizers. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
