Malvasia Salina Infatata is produced from 100% Malvasia grapes sourced from a triangular-shaped vineyard overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, on sandy, volcanic soil, cultivated in perfect harmony with and respect for the rhythms of nature. Energy per 100ml: kJ 306 - kcal 74

Organoleptic Characteristics

With its intense straw-yellow colour, this Malvasia is an elegant wine with aromas reminiscent of white flowers and citrus notes, with a pleasant and refined hint of aromatic herbs in the background. On the palate, it is briny, with a rich return of aromas and a long finish.

Occasion and Pairing

It pairs very well with fish dishes such as seafood risotto and spaghetti allo scoglio.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 12–14°C.
