TASTING NOTES

Production

Ancillotto is an iconic winery founded by Desiderio Bisol, a descendant of one of the most historic families in Valdobbiadene. It includes the DOCG line with 50 hectares of cultivated land on the hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO heritage site since 2019 with a production of 200 thousand bottles. The label applied on the bottles is partly reminiscent of that of the film and partly depicts the present with the iconic and modern winery where the processing of the grapes takes place and the typical house of the hills of the place. Nutritional values: E = 299 KJ/72 Kcal per 100 ml

Organoleptic Characteristics

Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry is presented at the glass with a golden and bright color, with a perlage of bubbles and fine grain. Balanced and full-bodied, it is rich in aromas of acacia, elderberry and fresh fruit such as apple, peach and plum.

Occasion and Pairing

It goes well with white meat appetizers or an oyster soup.
