Production

Produced from 100% Glera grapes, Prosecco DOCG Doge Bianco undergoes fermentation in steel tanks and is then sparkling-wined in an autoclave using the Charmat method. Nutritional values: 100 ml: E=280 kJ/67 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Pale straw-yellow in colour, with a floral bouquet on the nose where jasmine, lime and lemon, white peach and green apple stand out. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, with the aromas intertwining beautifully in a harmonious blend and the bubbles soft.
