TASTING NOTES

Chatel Argent is represented by the Petite Arvine vine, coming from the selection of particularly fresh vineyards, with an exposure that favors fresh and mineral scents. In the selection of Petite Arvine of the classic line we want to express all the freshness and enchanting scents typical of this Aosta Valley variety. Vinified 100% in steel tanks, it is bottled after 6 months of aging. Ready to drink, the resulting wine has a brilliant straw color to the glass, with intense floral aromas and citrus sensations, in particular pink grapefruit. Freshness and authenticity reign supreme in this 100% Petite Arvine label from Aosta Valley. Chatel Argent goes perfectly with seafood dishes with a delicate taste such as shellfish and shellfish. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC. Read more Read less
THE WINERY

Today the winery is run by brothers and cousins who share the tasks in order to cover all the roles of the company. Since 2011, the company has been working in certified organic farming, in full respect of the pristine Alpine natural environment. Grosjean’s wines are simple, straightforward and true to tradition.
