It has a deep ruby red colour, with aromas ranging from vanilla spice to ripe red berries and morello cherry. The palate is balanced, with the morello cherry note returning as on the nose, offering good smoothness and pleasant freshness, with well-integrated tannins.
This red wine is ideal for everyday drinking and pairs well with red meats, such as roast pork loin.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16–18°C.
