Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. It expresses itself with citrus notes and sweet spices with nuances of ripe fruit and white flowers. Fresh and mineral, with a good structure. Balanced, the finish is long and refined.
Excellent with fish, crustaceans, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
To fully appreciate the style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12°C.
