Intense straw-yellow colour in the glass with golden highlights. It reveals sweet citrus and spicy notes with hints of ripe fruit and white flowers. Fresh and mineral, with good structure. Well-balanced, with a long and refined finish.
Excellent with fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10–12°C.
