The Rocca is the hill that stands between Bardolino and Garda, a very important place for the history of wine in the territory. The grapes for the wines bearing the name La Rocca Bardolino are produced from the most selected vineyards of this area. Bardolino di Poggio di Sotto is made from a blend of native 95% Corvina and 5% Rondinella grapes, which exude aromas of raspberry and cinnamon. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, steel vinification and malolactic fermentation. The colour is elegant, bright ruby red, with notes that recall those characteristic of the area of Garda and Baldo, such as fresh red berries and spices, with hints of herbs and flowers. The taste is dry, fine, savory and harmonious on the finish. Perfect to accompany appetizers and light dishes. To fully appreciate the style, this Bardolino must be served at a serving temperature of 14/16°C.
