TASTING NOTES

Production

Vinification in stainless steel is partly white, with that brief contact with the skins giving the wine an intense straw-yellow colour, tinged with subtle hints of old rose. 100 ml: E=305 kJ/73 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

The aromas, varied and complex, are distinctly fruity, resting on a mineral backdrop that makes the overall profile pleasant and persistent. The palate is soft yet dry, supported by just the right amount of acidity that harmoniously rounds out the body.

Occasion and Pairing

A white wine that can certainly be enjoyed every day, pairing well with fish and shellfish dishes, even those served with sauce, or with meat dishes, particularly those featuring mushrooms.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10–12°C.

Allergens: Solfiti

THE WINERY

Jermann

Since its foundation at the end of the 19th century, Cantina Jermann's mission has been to enhance the ancient winegrowing traditions of the Friulian countryside. Knowledge of cultivation was handed down from generation to generation until the 1970s, when the founder's disciple was able to combine the study of the most modern techniques with his own ingenious inventiveness. Genius and unruliness, combined with passion and study, has taken the company to the top of the Italian and world wine scene. Another feature of the winery's process is the focus on organic and sustainable viticulture, to reconcile the art of viticulture with respect for the land and the vine times. The company talks to the world every day, but the focus always remains on the concrete things that make a wine great, including the oldest traditions. The end result will give you an extraordinary experience, and allow you to discover the authentic flavour of Friuli wine in a glass. Name and address of producer/distributor: Jermann- Località Trussio Ruttars, 11A, 34070 Ruttars, Dolegna del Collio GO. Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
