Sauvignon MYO comes from a manual harvest of Sauvignon grapes, with a selection in the vineyard of the best bunches to be vinified and pressed in a very delicate way. The fermentation of the flower must takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine ages for 6 months for 90% of steel tanks and 10% in oak barrels. Sauvignon is a semi-aromatic grape that gives powerful Friulian wines full of aromatic intensity. Sauvignon MYO is presented to the glass with a luminous clear yellow color with brilliant golden reflections, which embellish its appearance. The nose is dominated by citrus notes of lime peel, grapefruit, aromas of tropical fruit, vegetable hints of nettle, tomato leaf and nuances of white flowers. The palate has an excellent structure, dense and rich that extends on the finish in a persistent way, with fresh and savory notes. Recommended in combination with fresh cheeses or important seafood dishes. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10 ºC.
