Bellavista’s Franciacorta Rosé Alma Assemblage 2 is crafted from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the vineyards of Franciacorta. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately by variety, with a brief maceration of the Pinot Noir to achieve the characteristic rosé colour. The second fermentation follows the Metodo Classico, with ageing on the lees that lends complexity, elegance and finesse to the perlage. The dosage is carefully calibrated to strike a balance between freshness and structure.
A bright, pale pink colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers aromas of small red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes and subtle hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious and creamy, with good savouriness and an elegant, persistent finish.
Perfect as a refined aperitif, it pairs well with starters, fish dishes, shellfish and light meals, as well as delicate cured meats.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 6–8°C.
