Quando si parla di Bellavista, si parla della storia della Franciacorta e del vino italiano, uno dei brand più conosciuti e di maggior successo. L’azienda prende vita nel 1977 quando Vittorio Moretti decide di investire nelle campagne attorno ad Erbusco con l’intenzione di rivaleggiare con i più conosciuti francesi nella produzione di spumante Metodo Classico. Il nome della cantina deriva dalla collina su cui sorge e da cui con lo sguardo si riesce a spaziare verso il Lago d’Iseo, verso la Pianura Padana e verso le vicine Alpi. Oggi Bellavista può contare oltre duecento ettari suddivisi in più di cento appezzamenti sparsi un po’ in tutto il territorio della denominazione, in modo da avere un ventaglio di microdiversità climatiche e geologiche unico a livello nazionale e che gli permette di avere dei vini esemplificativi di quello che la Franciacorta può offrire. Il lato puro del Franciacorta, Bellavista Non Dosato rappresenta la vera espressione contemporanea di un profilo sensoriale che caratterizza questa cuvée per sapidità, freschezza, finezza, eleganza e agilità. Costituito da 90% di Chardonnay e 10% di Pinot Nero, è un vino che ha origine da tutte le vigne di Bellavista e completa l'esigenza di avere un prodotto che soddisfa un gusto che si è fatto spazio negli ultimi 10 anni, che è quello per i vini poco o non dosati. Un primo passo per creare una linea di non millesimati che, affiancandosi al Bellavista Alma, completerà con l'aggiunta di un rosato. L'immagine del Bellavista Non Dosato risponde alle scelte estetiche, al gusto fresco e contemporaneo, così da creare un legame sensoriale fra l'essenza del prodotto e l'armonia della forma. Il colore del vino è paglierino con riflessi verdi, il perlage fine e continuo. Freschi e profondi i profumi spaziano dai fiori freschi al frutto bianco mentre al palato è sapido, fresco e affilato, complesso e dal finale lungo e luminoso. Un vino di nervo, classe ed eleganza. Questa bollicina lombarda risulta perfetta in occasione di una cena romantica in abbinamento a delle portate di pesce e crostacei. Bellavista

In 1977, Vittorio Moretti founded the Bellavista winery on a family property of a few hectares in Franciacorta, named after the hill of the same name, an incredible meeting point between Lake Iseo, the Po Valley and the Alps. The entrepreneur expanded the business by purchasing new vineyards, reaching the current 180 hectares. Bellavista wines are recognised as some of the best in Italian sparkling wine and the prestige of Lombardy sparkling wines. This is thanks to the natural processing with ancient presses to obtain a 'sweet' pressing, the must of which is then fermented partially in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks. Many selections are obtained in this way, from different vintages, terroirs and maturation periods, respecting the history of Franciacorta and organic and sustainable processing. It is not only sparkling wines such as Alma and Satén that come from this area, but also excellent white wines from Lombardy such as Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Bellavista's innovation does not stop here: particular attention is paid to image. In fact, the rebranding of the labels and bottles is recent, communicating the link with the terroir and the company values. Everything contributes to the creation of a classy, original and elegant product, also thanks to its fruity aromas with fresh nuances.
