Production

Emilia Lambrusco Rosso is a red sparkling wine made from 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Ancellotta grapes. Produced using the Charmat method and aged for 6 months in a tank. Average nutritional values per 100ml: 355kJ/80kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, the wine presents a vivid ruby red colour with violet hues. The bouquet is rich and particularly expressive. Pleasantly smooth on the palate, it leaves a long-lasting finish with a slightly velvety aftertaste.

Occasion and Pairing

A versatile wine suitable for the whole meal, pairing well not only with traditional dishes but also with the more delicate and lighter fare of contemporary cuisine, such as rice salads, grilled meats and vegetables.
