TASTING NOTES

The Lini 910 winery was founded in 1910 in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Over 100 years of history, which have seen Lambrusco develop into a wine of excellence. Emilia Lambrusco Rosso is a sparkling red wine made from 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Ancellotta grapes. Produced by the Charmat Method and aged for 6 months in a pressure tank. In the glass, it is a lively ruby red with a few purple reflections. The bouquet is rich and particularly expressive. Pleasantly soft on the palate, it lingers on the palate with a slightly velvety finish. Wine suitable for the whole meal, to accompany not only traditional foods but also lighter and more delicate contemporary cuisine, including rice salads, grilled meats and vegetables.

The winery was founded in 1910, by great-grandfather Oreste in Correggio, in the heart of Emilia. More than 100 years of history that have seen every change in the world of wine, especially Lambrusco, which is experiencing a renaissance in recent years. The winery wanted to make it a wine of excellence, skilfully elaborating it through the Metodo Classico, which has always been a passion of the family, alongside more traditional sparkling wines that are just as surprising when produced in the Emilian context, such as Pinot Noir.
