TASTING NOTES

Production

The production of Bianco di Custoza is permitted only in the hamlet of the same name, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, in the province of Verona. The blend consists of 50% Garganega, followed by 30% Trebbiano and Tocai. The vines are grown on land adjacent to the winery, in Castelnuovo del Garda. The grapes are harvested by hand and the must ferments at a temperature of 16 degrees using only wild yeasts. Vinification takes place separately and, after a three-month period on the lees, the blend is created, which may vary from year to year. The wine is then aged in the bottle for two months. 100 ml: E=294 kJ/71 kcal

An ideal wine with fish-based starters, pasta in broth, but also as a summer aperitif to enjoy with friends.
