Made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes, Carte des Étoiles is a Brut Premier Cru that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle following the Méthode Champenoise.

Sourced from vineyards on the Montagne de Reims, it is a complex wine offering splendid notes of yellow fruit on the nose, with a slight minerality on the finish and a unique freshness.

Maison Frederic Levin produces its Champagne through its own vineyards classified as Premier Cru, carrying on tradition and expertise.
