TASTING NOTES

Burgundy meets Champagne. Maison Valentine Leflaive arose from the coming together of two great wine and terroir enthusiasts: Olivier Leflaive and Érick de Sousa, who today manage vineyards of nearly 45 years of age. Champagne Grand Cru Rosé Brut MA|17|60 is made with 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay grapes, from vineyards with an average age of 20 years, located in the Cœur de Terroir. A fantastic and refined rosé Champagne with a clear salmon pink hue in the glass, it has a fine, elegant perlage. On the nose, Rosé Brut from Maison Leflaive has an immediately creamy and soft texture. A Champagne with a long, very deep and slightly salty finish. Pair it with traditional French fish dishes, or with lobster and scallops. Read more Read less
THE WINERY

Valentin Leflaive

The noble Valentini family is of Spanish origin and resides in Loreto Aprutino, in the province of Pescara. Since 1600 it has owned the vast estate of the same name where wine, oil and wheat were produced. Today the Valentini winery is managed by Francesco Paolo, a man in love with his work and his wines, with the pleasure of cultivating his own vineyards. In the cellar everything takes place in a sustainable and natural way, without the use of chemical interventions and selected yeasts. The vines cultivated are the Trebbiano and the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Name and address manufacturer/distributor: Azienda Agricola Valentini - Via del Baio, 2 - 65014 Loreto Aprutino (PE). The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
