Clandestin’s Champagne Brut Nature Trilogie Km2 is made from selected grapes grown in the Côte des Bar, in vineyards managed using a sustainable, low-intervention approach. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and ageing on the lees, respecting the identity of the terroir. The second fermentation follows the Méthode Champenoise, and the Brut Nature dosage, with no added sugar, enhances freshness, precision and expressive purity.
A bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose reveals notes of citrus, crisp apple and white flowers, accompanied by hints of yeast, aromatic herbs and subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with great freshness, pronounced savouriness and a dry, elegant and persistent finish.
A refined, terroir-driven Champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with oysters, shellfish, raw fish and delicate seafood dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
