SPECIFICATIONS

TASTING NOTES

The process begins with a pre-maceration at 12°C for eight days, followed by fermentation at 28°C in temperature-controlled steel tanks. During fermentation, the cap is worked using an automatic piston system. Maturation takes place for 40 months in Slavonian oak barrels, with capacities ranging from 30 to 100 HL. Finally, the wine ages in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. The total production is 7,000 bottles of 750 ml.
