Production
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a long ageing in oak barrels, which helps to develop the complexity and elegance of this Barolo. E: 100ml = 338 kJ/82 kcal
Organoleptic Characteristics
Extended maceration and ageing in wood produce a brilliant garnet-red wine with a broad bouquet, featuring notes of red fruits and spicy floral undertones. The palate is rich, powerful and austere, much like the soil from which this wine originates.
