TASTING NOTES

Production

This Barolo della Tradizione is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. It undergoes initial ageing in small barrels, followed by a final stage in traditional large barrels before a period of rest in the bottle. It is released onto the market four years after the harvest.

Organoleptic Characteristics

This Piedmontese red wine presents itself in the glass with an intense, vibrant garnet colour and hints of ruby. On the nose, it opens with notes of cinnamon, tobacco, liquorice, floral rose and a hint of aromatic herbs. It is a wine with a full-bodied structure on the palate, featuring soft, enveloping tannins. The palate is elegant and persistent, with interesting spicy undertones.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal for Sunday lunch. Recommended pairings include soft-textured goat’s or sheep’s milk cheeses, boiled meats and braised dishes.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16–18°C.

Allergens: Solfiti
