TASTING NOTES

Production

This particular Barolo cuvée is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes come exclusively from the estate’s own ‘Crus Storici’ vineyards located in the municipality of Barolo. It is first aged in small barrels and subsequently transferred to large-capacity barrels. It then spends several months in barrel before being released for sale.

Organoleptic Characteristics

It is a Piedmontese red with an intense bouquet, offering distinct floral notes of violet and rose and clear hints of sweet spices. After swirling the glass a few times, hints of tobacco and liquorice emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with dense yet velvety tannins and a long finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Try it with a Sunday feast featuring mature cheeses or superb meat ravioli with a game ragù.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16–18°C.

Allergens: Solfiti
