Production

Barolo Arione is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, produced following the oldest traditions of the region. After the classic red winemaking process with skin maceration, the wine rests in large oak barrels for at least 48 months, gaining depth, body, and structure.

Organoleptic Characteristics

The color is a rather intense garnet red, and the bouquet is particularly complex and refined, with floral notes of violet, aromatic herbs, small ripe red fruits, spicy hints, and traces of graphite. The taste is deep, robust, and austere, with a dense tannic structure and very persistent aromas. The finish is long and pleasantly fresh.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfectly paired with roasted red meats or mixed grills.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

In the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, in the Piedmont countryside, lies the Conterno Winery.
