Production

The grapes are vinified together in cement tanks, and the aging takes place for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Capable of aging for many years, Barolo by Bartolo Mascarello presents deep and complex aromatic tones, with aromas of ripe fruit, black fruit, spices, and withered flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, with fine and elegant tannins.

Occasion and Pairing

This is a bottle recognized as one of the great classics of the Langhe region, a wine loved by all great red wine enthusiasts. Perfect for meditation, it is also excellent when paired with aged cheeses or game meat.
