Production

The grapes are vinified together in cement tanks, and the aging takes place for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Capable of aging for many years, Barolo by Bartolo Mascarello offers deep and complex aromatic notes with scents of ripe fruit, black fruit, spices, and wilted flowers. On the palate, it is fresh with fine and elegant tannins.

Occasion and Pairing

It is a bottle recognized as one of the great classics of the Langhe region, a wine loved by all connoisseurs of red wines. Perfect for meditation, it is also excellent when paired with aged cheeses or game meat.
