TASTING NOTES

This Bardolino is produced from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, with the addition of Molinara; it ages in steel in contact with its yeasts for about six months, resulting in a red wine veneto characterized by an excellent freshness and ease of drinking. Transparent ruby red in color and very light in the glass, the nose is distinguished by a crystalline definition of the most typical and essential notes of Corvina, such as cherry and cherry with a pleasing touch of pepper. The mouthfeel is vibrant and slender, characterized by acidity and flavor. Ideal as a wine to drink every day or as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with white meat and cold cuts, also recommended slightly fresh in combination with lake and river fish.
