The Barbaresco DOCG from Produttori del Barbaresco is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from vineyards on calcareous soils with sandy veins. It undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and is aged for 24 months in oak barrels.

Organoleptic Characteristics

With good drinkability and persistence, Barbaresco DOCG is full-bodied, characterized by aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes.

Occasion and Pairing
