Wine obtained from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the hills of Val d'Illasi. This wine is the result of the somewhat unknowing work of three distinct wineries. The original vinification was carried out by the Trabucchi d'Illasi winery, which at the time of sale still had this Recioto di Soave aging in wood, declassified to Veneto IGT Passito. The Dal Forno brothers, surprised by the still-expressed potential of this wine, decided to bottle it in exclusive collaboration with the Bennati winery for Signorvino. Fermentation and aging took place in second- and third-pass barriques for about 4 years. Notes of dried apricot, canned peach, honey, and hazelnut brittle.
