La cantina Ca' del Monte sorge nel cuore della Valpolicella, su soleggiate colline dove i suoi 50 ettari di vigneti danno vita a vini autentici e naturali, fedeli alle tradizioni e al territorio. Il Passito Bianco Veneto è un vino dolce da bere a fine pasto, insieme al dessert. Bianco Passito è ottenuto dall’appassimento delle uve e dalla loro successiva vinificazione. Nel calice ha un colore giallo paglierino intenso con riflessi color oro. Al naso colpisce per il profumo speziato e dal frutto avvolgente che ricorda le pesche sciroppate e la frutta candita. Caldo, setoso e armonico il sorso, questo vino si abbina perfettamente a tutti i dolci di pasticceria, anche con il cioccolato. Ca' del Monte

Ca' del Monte takes its name from the area between the village of Negrar, north of Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella and the hills of San Peretto. The winery is enthusiastically run by the dynamic brothers Umberto and Giuseppe Zanconte, and it is the 3rd generation that looks after the family estate since the early 1900s. The farm consists of around 50 hectares of vineyards, located entirely on the sunny south-western hills. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 275 metres above sea level and is planted with the typical red grapes of Valpolicella: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and other indigenous grape varieties.
