TASTING NOTES

This Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Lombardy is made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes. It undergoes ageing on the lees for around 36 months. In the glass, Monsupello Nature is a bright straw yellow colour with a soft and persistent perlage. Its aromas are reminiscent of almonds, roasted hazelnuts, and baking. It is dense and noticeably very dry on the palate, with an excellent structure and agreeableness. This wine is perfect for lovers of sparkling wine. It can be paired with fish-based dishes and shellfish as well as with meals based on white meats. You won’t regret trying it with a creamy langoustine risotto! A historic company born and raised on the first hillside of the Oltrepò Pavese. From the late 1950s to the present day, the family has increasingly focused on the production of quality wines. The 50 hectares of estate vineyards, cultivated to have low yields of grapes per hectare, manual harvesting exclusively in boxes, and grape/wine yields of less than 55% are the Boatti family's commitment to presenting structured and harmonious wines with an impact.
