Production

Salento Calafuria Pink X Pantone di Tormaresca is made from Negroamaro grapes grown along the Salento coast, in vineyards influenced by the Mediterranean climate and the proximity of the sea. The harvest takes place during the coolest hours of the day to preserve aromas and freshness. Winemaking involves a short maceration on the skins, which gives the characteristic pale pink color, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature to maintain fragrance and balance. 100 ml: E=305 kJ/73 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Bright pale pink color. On the nose it offers notes of strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, accompanied by floral notes and light citrus nuances. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with good flavour, pleasant softness and a delicate and persistent finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Elegant and convivial rosé, ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, Mediterranean cuisine, vegetables and light appetizers.

Serving Temperature

The Cantina Tormaresca winery is divided into two main estates, located in two of the most important wine-growing areas of Puglia. The first, Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, is located in the D.O.C. zone of Castel del Monte, in the heart of the Bari Murgia. The second, Masseria Maìme, is located in the Salento area. In both cases, the hectares are cultivated with indigenous grapes, fully respecting the unique characteristics of the land and its precious minerals.
