TASTING NOTES

Production

Romagna Albana Secca Vigna Rocca is made from 100% Albana di Romagna grapes, grown in vineyards on clayey and calcareous soil, which imparts minerality and savouriness to the wine. Once the grapes have been harvested, they undergo maceration for 15 days in stainless steel tanks followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Per 100 ml: E=332 kJ/79 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it presents a vibrant golden-yellow colour, with elegant aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, honey and wildflowers. An enveloping flavour, with notes of ripe peach and plum.

Occasion and Pairing

It has an almondy finish, perfect paired with soups and fried fish.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
