Duca di Dolle is a young company situated in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It produces a range of Proseccos which have already established themselves on the market thanks to their authentic characteristics. Il Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene Brut ‘Experience’ is a sparkling wine created with the best vintage selections of Glera, Verdiso, and Perera grapes, cultivated using natural, environmentally friendly methods. The 100% Experience line is produced in a limited edition from vineyards between 25 and 30 years old at Tenuta Rolle. After being harvested manually, the grapes are immediately transported to the winery in refrigerated vehicles at a controlled temperature. They then undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks and a second fermentation in accordance with the Martinotti method. A deep straw yellow in colour with prominent greenish reflections, this Prosecco Brut Experience has an extremely fine and persistent perlage. Its medium-intensity aromas are reminiscent of bread crust, ripe fruit, Golden Delicious apples, and floral notes of acacia and wisteria. It is slightly rugged on the palate with a good structure and full flavour, and is moderately persistent with a light acidic note and a salt finish. A perfect refreshment alongside an aperitif or to accompany first and second fish courses.
