THE WINERY

Serena Wines

The hilly areas of Veneto are known for the quality of their wines, particularly the Prosecco. Here, in 1881, Pietro Serena founded Serena Wines, the first distillery producing wines sold and stored in wooden barrels. The winery's connection to the land was evident from the outset and is still a characteristic feature today. In fact, the company owns several brands and estates that are distributed in the surrounding areas. Quality grapes of various types are cultivated on the several hectares of the estate. They produce fine white wines such as Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, red wines such as Merlot and Cabernet, and sparkling wines such as Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG and Prosecco DOC. The production processes of Serena Wines have always been characterised by an enormous respect for biodiversity and the local ecosystem. In addition, projects for territorial sustainability have recently been implemented, also in collaboration with various universities, to further ensure the intrinsic quality that has always distinguished its products. Name and address of producer/distributor: Serena Wines 1881, via Camillo Bianchi, 1, 31015 Conegliano (TV). Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
